About Inspirmedia

In our 20 years, Inspirmedia Productions has grown into a full service Video, Audio, Lighting, Sales and Installation company.  Technology has expanded exponentially during that time, and so have we.

In 2000, Phil Grimpo started Inspirmedia out of a church basement, focusing on providing promotional videos and websites for churches and schools.  Yes, websites!  A majority of our time was spent developing the “Inspirlink” content management system, where we had hundreds of organizations running on a common code base on our servers.  With the advent of smart phones and adaptive pages, and the subsequent market saturation, we transitioned away from web development, shutting down the last server in 2018.  All during this time, we had been growing in the areas of live video production and post-production.

In 2009, Inspirmedia was pivotal in building “unPaved Ministries” and became the primary production company for a  number of youth gatherings across the country.  The “Live Events” portion of our business grew steadily as we became a turnkey audio, video and lighting company.  As our name became known, increasingly we were asked if we could provide sales and installation services for churches and organizations across the country.  This led to our partnerships with a number of leading AVL Manufacturers.

2020, our 20th year of business, was a doozy!  With the Covid pandemic, our industry got hit hard, and virtually all of our year’s scheduled events canceled.  Our extensive background in video production had prepared us for the new demand for virtual events, so we immediately built our “Virtual Studio” and started producing the events that kept businesses moving forward even when face-to-face was not possible.

Inspirmedia has always focused on having the right equipment for the job. We don’t want to be your rental house, we want to be your production partner. Providing a seamless event requires managing a lot of details, so we practice “Excellence Before Execution.” We want to make sure we think of the “unknown unknowns” in advance of your event. We ask you a lot of questions, we share a lot of options, all designed to make sure your event is a complete success.
