Can you produce combined live/streamed events?

Yes!  Meetings, fundraisers, workshops, conferences, performances—we’ve done them all.

What if I have first-time presenters?

We’re experienced at guiding all your presenters to give their most effective performance.  We’ll help them feel at ease so their experience is effective and enjoyable for your talent as well as viewers.

What would be helpful to have ready to start planning a project with you?

Consider the message you want to deliver, the audience you wish to reach (employees, customers, learners), approximate dates, whether your dates are flexible, your budget and your presenters.

Do we use our location, or yours?

Here or there or elsewhere?  Having your location featured may add credibility and familiarity for current or potential customers, or a different location may help deliver your message.  Our in-house production studio provides maximum control of lighting, effects and schedules, and may save you costs.  We’ll discuss options and help you choose the perfect location for your needs.

What if my presenters are in several locations?

We herd cats—using technology, of course.  We’ll give you the seamless presentation you need to reach your audience no matter where the message is coming from.

What if something goes wrong during my virtual event?

Excellence Before Execution means our team of perfectionists plan for the what-ifs.  We are prepared to handle nearly any unanticipated surprises to give you a seamless presentation. In our 20 years of experience, we haven’t seen every problem that could arise, but we’ve encountered most of them and have handled them behind the scenes, so the audience never suspected.  We’re not kidding when we say, “Let us handle the crazy.”

What’s the difference between a livestream, webinar, on demand, and broadcast?

The level of interactivity between presenters and audience varies.  We can help you determine which option will best deliver your message so virtual is as effective as face-to-face.
