This is where Excellence Before Execution begins. We start by asking you what message you want your production to deliver, we discuss options, then we plan the event. Thorough planning ensures a seamless production, all before any equipment is even turned on. We come prepared to do the job right. You don’t want mistakes on the day of your event, and neither do we.

Before

We work with the venue to determine labor, equipment and power needs, space set-up, permits and getting ready for the actual event. We handle the details so you don’t have to. If your event is at our studio, we’ll be set up, tested and ready to go so your event starts on time.

Execution

It’s showtime! This is where it gets exciting. We select the best equipment from our well-equipped warehouse, and our in-house experts do what they do best: videography, sound engineering, room design and layout, lighting. Each project is unique. You bring the message, we bring the skills. We harness technology to deliver your message.
